BagAlert.app provides notification services that alert users via Telegram when participating stores on the TooGoodToGo platform have available surprise bags. Our service:

• Monitors TooGoodToGo store availability based on your preferences
• Sends Telegram notifications when surprise bags become available
• Provides a web interface to manage your preferences and subscriptions
• Offers different subscription tiers with varying features and limits

3. User Obligations and Conduct

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

5. Subscription and Billing

Free Tier

Our free tier allows limited use of the Service with restrictions on the number of stores tracked and alerts received.

Paid Subscriptions

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
